car is not smooth after using up fuel till last drop

i ran out of fuel and got a refill after i am guessing using up the last drop( it was due to wrong calculations of petrol stations)

anyhow after that refill the car is hesitant to move i mean it dose not feel as smooth as is use to.

any particular reason to this?

Let the car run idle for few minutes with petrol cap open, so that if any air bubble formed or backpressure created will be release and drive. See if it helps.

If it doesnt see any mechanic and ask him to remove fuel pump delivery hose at hose and let it throw few ml of petrol with pressure so that it can clear any air build up inside.
