When was the first kidney grille

I am sure all of know that one of BMW's trademarks is the kidney grill represented in front of it's car. If you are wondering though when was the first time this was conceptualized and implemented by BMW, the answer goes way back in 1933.

Even for an old car one can definitely say that it does have elegance in it. I suppose this is what made BMW unique.

Yes and if you would notice all of their cars really have the grill trade mark. I wonder though if it has any special contribution to cooling or any other special contribution aside from aesthetics.

I have already checked every where. I don't think it has any other special abilities except for the brand and design.

OK boys, just FYI this grill was done in recognition of HITLER the great. It resembles Hitler mustaches and no significance over cooling or anything related to engine. Later it become brand recognition tool so it continued till now.
