Audio Jack needs fuse

Can somebody tell if this Audio Jack needs a fuse to function, i replaced the fuse on the cigarette lighter and tried to swap audio cable to the line with the lighter with fuse, still not working...any clue

Yes ciggarette lighter socket has a separate fuse, located under the steering column fuse box, sit on floor outside the car and look under steering wheel left wheel side.

Yes audio jack needs fuse, if you check the fuse box you have a diagram labeling which fuse connects to which component. You have to go through many fuses to make sure you find the right one, I guess you got the wrong one replaced.
