smoke dispersing after enging oil change

after getting the engine oil changed the smoke started dispersing from the engine.

Wait for a day or two to see if smoke stops. If some oil spilled while refilling it burns thru heat and make smoke (little). if still comes after few days it could be serious issue, show to some good mechanical workshop.
