Why is Mitsubishi galant taking too many self to start

My Mitsubishi Galant is taking 5 to 10 self to start the car. Sometimes the car dose start on 2 or 3 attempt but then dies off. This situation happens only when the car is off for more then 5 to 6 hrs but once i have started the car in the morning i have no problem in starting the entire day.

What should i do.

Get the fuel pressure checked as there can be a leak in the pressure somewhere that can be usually the hose between the fuel pump and housing.
