noris
Hey Can someone please tell me why the steering wheel of my 2011 Galant shivers/rattles? It mostly happens when i start the car and start to drive and once i am on the highway speeding off, the rattle seems to go away for a while .. but yes it does come back when I slow my car down. Any ideas?
happy
This is known to be a very common problem especially in old cars - seems odd that it is happening in your 2011 model ... normally a lot of lancer owners complain about this issue as well.. There is more than one reason why this might be happening ... 1. Your tires might be out of balance 2. Faulty steering wheel dampers 3. Bad front tires - need rotating or changing 4. Rotors are warped (better idea from dealership) ETC. - Rest of the reasons aren't coming to my mind .. others might be able to help.
