whinning sound when accelarating above 60 km/hr

anyone has an idea to why there is a whinning sound prevailing when accelarating above 6o- 70 km/hr...the car in question is a nissan sunny 2005 model?checked with mechanic ,he says it is with dyanamo/alternator.he even changed the bearing and some pulley as whole?still tat persists..

If not the alternator and the bearing, then may be the water pump. It actually depends from where you are getting the whining noise. Get it completely diagnosed.
