blower to remove the fog is not working

the blower in front of the bonnet (which blows out the fog in the car) is not working or it is blocked

any ideas if i can fix it or i need an expert for this

It isnt fog blower, it is AC fan.

You car must be overheating with AC in traffic. Better get it checked with professional electrician in how to repair or change it. Its very critical and till then keep an eye on temperature gauge and if overheat just pull over and drive w/o AC then.
