Used one: ok or not ok

Is it a good choice to go for 7-series second hand option? The model is 2003 manufactured. It seems ok to me, but really have no clue about BMW cars. Can someone suggest me?

You can. But you need to look up fpr the mileage of the car, how many KM, was the car involved in any accident, insurance history of the car. And 2003 model sounds bit risky, as you may have to end up spending money on the maintenance of the car.
