Yup, if the car never overheated and gauge never risen up in the past I say leave it and keep an eye on temperature gauge for any unusual movement. While temperature moves up, it's also normal to hear loud gushing engine fan noise as the fan wants to run at higher rpm to lower the engine temperature, so don't panic if that ever happens.

That's normal as AC increase the electric fan speed or switch on AC fan for the condenser. Apart from that have you ever heard engine fan noise going louder or quieter? Have you ever seen engine temperature gauge rising from its normal position? What symptoms prompted dealer to check AC fan?
