Dear Dare Devils, here is the first draft of the plan through Al Quaa dunes, as I'm visiting this area after 6-7 years. @Christian Andras @Ilya @varunmehndiratta @Mario Cornejo @Rizwanm2 I'm sure I will keep tweaking the plan while driving few hundred times based on our temptations, lol. If you are bringing any passenger, make sure they are up for high-speed roller-coaster for 5+ hours. Please take enough rest, as these tall dunes - high speed maneuvers require great focus and precision. We will drive till the time first car fuel runs out and exit from near-by exit (15-20 km track) or by 2 PM, whichever comes early. Tomorrow's Buffet:

Go full emotional and buy Range Rover, not discovery sport to really spoil yourself and family properly. RR can be good for camping and newbie level drives too, as they are very good 4x4 but not meant for every week offroading.

Are Braces for Differentials worth it?
Gaurav replied to munkybizness's topic in Nissan Patrol Forum in UAE
This is indeed overkill for sand. Patrol Y61 Achilles Heel is the diff endpoint bending with hard jump, especially when landing on one side. Search here, I rem posting my Y61 braces done by previous owner, just a small u shaped bracket welded on each endpoint. Had my SWB for 2 years in sand and never bend anything with those braces -

You can get Xterra from 5-10K to 40-50K depending on models and what you can live with. 2008 - High Mileage in off-season can go as low as 10K, now maybe 15-20K

I just got my PCR done today, as some people last week experienced 2-3 days to get result. With 14 days validity now, at least we can plan PCR couple of days in advance. @Ilya you are right, if your second dose is less than 6 months then you wont get any booster, anyways. I got my third Pfizer in Dec, so after this today's PCR, I should have green Al Hosn soon 🤞

@Emanuel I have removed you from the convoy list as I noted that @Islam Soliman has already added you in his Qudra South drive at the same time. @Dr Tanveer Ahmed your WL2 request accidentally jumped to the RSVP list, so please ignore the email that you must have received that you are going for this drive. It was my mistake and I have removed you from the RSVP list.
