    If you own a LR then be good to LR forum, as it breaks a lot and soon you will need some helping hand. lol. I might sound mean, but i really mean it. I save 10k by getting real advises and steer clear from stealership wrath.

    What type of noise is that? If its engine fan (aka radiator fan) then its normal in peak summer while idle engine tends to slide to bit overheated zone and thats where engine fan works at full rpm than half (while car at normal temp), and when you accelerate from zero you will hear the fan kicking at high rpm too making lot of noise, which disappear after few seconds of movement as radiator get cool air and temp slide back to normal operating zone.

    I think in my opinion the cheapest and the fast remedy is to check wheel balancing and tire pressure.

    I would say 70 tops considering full Mr. Tayer service history. FYI 2008 having 115k is quite high milegae. 2008 should be best under 60-80 kms.

    Hey James, I wasnt negotiating at all. Instead i wished you good luck for your sale so that this beauty can get nice new home. Like i said i was just getting greedy coz of P38 and in clean shape and plus nicely maintained. Sorry, i wont watch this thread now.

    salam alaikum wasim. Gearbox has small soelnoid unit below either that is thinking, or there another unit resonsible for same is under the driver seat, may be that is too old to kick in in-time. check both and see if it help.
