A linkage for the D2 is available through the UK, sorry but off hand can't remember where I got mine, but I had it fitted by Al Tayer during a service several years ago.
My ARB air lockers were fitted by ICON in Dubai.
Anecdotal information from two different Landy owners that I know very well would lead me to avoid A2B at all costs.
AAA are pretty good, I have been using their Rashidiya garage for over 10 years without any major issues.
What year / model of Rangie dod you have?
One of my Disco IIs cruise control stopped working and it was going to cost around AED11K to fix it as it is also related to the "Three Amigos" lights issue ..... not worth it really unless you really use it for long distance driving.
I was under the impression that it was a mechanical linkage on the DII and not electrical.
Some earlier models pre-2002 and all 2004 models should have the connection for Central Diff Lock (CDL) on the transfer box, it is worth fitting the linkage to utilize this off road.
