Check the window fuse it must be gone. If hearing a humming of motor then the window has problem and it need to open the door from inside to see and fix it.
If no problem, dont bother it must be some relay or connectors.
Still concern show to mechanic who can hear and point exact reason, as in forum we cant understand what popping noise you have.
Bad new for you.
Head Gasket is gone.
Confirm this, if u see white smoke from exhaust and have felt loss in power too.
Cry it over and get it done from serious mechanic as its big and too technical job. Avoid backyard mechanic.
Next is engine mount (foundation). Engine sits on few rubber pieces (3 or 4)a nd when they are aged or tearing then car vibrates at idle. Change them.
n car vibration first is engine mount, and second is gear mounting as its more long life and under less use/abuse than engine mounting.
If its one window, then motor must be dead. Common issue with Mazda window motor.
If all windows then check electrical connections from fuse box and also check its relays.
It is not a dedicated offroad vehicle but mounatin and wadi it may take quiet easy than sand. In sand you got to be careful on ur front bumper while approaching dunes. One of my friend has mix feel about it in offroad (not very good and not bad for ocassional stuff).
Tyre humming and buzzing because of uneven wear / swollen tyre (very sure). get checked with tyre guys and replace front tyres.
Squeak while braking is another issue of brake pad been worn out (im 80% sure), check that too and get it changed.
