  1. That is correct @Rizwanm2, the trick is to activate the traction control and let it do it’s magic on the front wheels in the case you have a rear difflock button. This trick works great on Pajeros without rear difflock as well.
  2. This fella thought it was getting too extreme for him
  3. Amazing drive and perfectly executed as per your plan Luca ! @Miamimoe your positive can-do attitude goes a long way, looking forward to see you growing with us ! @Nihal17 and @Serafino with the Wranglers took the terrain with ease and drove great today ! @Federico De Chirico and @sheri with the Pajeros did great today. So as @Federico Galbieri who’s Grand Cherokee was letting him down a little bit but nevertheless drove perfect today. @soumyasaklani the Prado is an amazing off-road Machine and you drove it very well ! @Shehab Alawadhi you really rose to the occasion today and was a perfect center forward: always ready to help and with encouraging words for the team. Well done 👍!! @amir amiri it was a blessing to drive behind that beautiful green Ram which you took effortlessly through today’s terrain ! @sheri please be aware we do not allow swapping drivers during the drive. This practice can lead to serious accidents and cannot be tolerated. Please have a look at below post: see you guys soon back in the sands !
  4. Tampering with a perfectly good viscous clutch fan ? Nope thanks. On older cars like our 99 Pajero there are ways of locking the clutch with a bolt, but on newer Pajeros I would never recommend this
  5. Nice topic ! Now the next project is to put a switch in-between it and route it to your cabin, so you can engage/disengage without even opening the bonnet

  8. We are tracking it manually behind the screens for all active members, and in the future the website will have a similar functionality.Till then I recommend tracking it for yourself.
  9. That was 144 Decibels of pure addiction. Nothing compared to my friend who had 6 12” Subs built into a tiny Peugeot 205 and crossed the 150db regularly and won quite some prices. All driven by one Lanzar Mono block amplifier that went down to 1ohm (6 Subs all connected in parallel). Imagine standing at a stadium concert in front of one of the speakers, that’s the closest explanation I could give. We drove around with 3M headphones on 😅
  10. If you think off-roading is addictive, try installing your first Subwoofer and re-listen to all your old albums that you were suspecting to have a serious amount of bass. Soon you’ll be doing like I did and going for two 18” Rockford Subs with a few thousands of Watts, additional battery and capacitors, and spending your weekends meeting up with friends to swap Bass tune test tracks (I used to have these IASCA test CDs in which every track consisted of a different frequency: 1) 20 hz for 30 seconds 2) 21 hz for 30 seconds and so on 🤣
  11. Well done @Niki Patel ! The rear speakers will have their limitations in terms of low end. They are made to play anything above 80Hz, so if you want to feel your bones rattle while playing your favorite Hiphop tunes 😁 you’ll be needing a subwoofer that can do its magic in the 25-80Hz range. A ported enclosure with a 10 or 12 inch sub does wonders, but all this stuff takes up some space of course (and money). https://www.ground-zero-audio.com/en/produkt/gzub-1000xactii/
  12. I don’t think a 265/65/18 will fit without wheel spacers and might rub against the inner fenders. You’ll need to test it. @Vanessa8580 has Yokohama 265/60/18 and these fit fine. Recalibration of odometer and speedometer: I don’t really see the benefit or need of doing that.
