  1. The wind was blowing pretty hard here 😄
  2. A real beauty ! The new owner will catch a great deal on this one !
  3. RSVP IS NOW CLOSED Good morning peeps ! @Emanuel@achikara@Siddharth Sai G@Imran Asghar@Gilberto@Carl Stanley@MICHAEL PAJERO single door@Sumedh Krishna@Zed@Zubail@J-P L@Mehmet Volga@Glenn W@Ahmed Wagdy@Mike M.@Richard Franks@Srikumar@Dodi Syahdar Please find your convoy numbers posted above. After the Newbie briefing, we will head out for some fun in the nice dunes of this area. The plan is to explore a bit and cover some distance. We will be using Channel 4: 446.081 Mhz on the radio. If you are joining for the first time, there are instructions posted on how to program the radio here in the topic, but if you are in doubt we can probably help you out or lend you a spare radio if needed. Please try to arrive 10-15min before the actual meeting time. This ensures we can head into the dunes while it's still nice and cool. By 10AM it gets too hot so we need to make the best use of our time. See you all tomorrow !

Confirm your vehicle has front and rear tow hooks/eyelets. Advise if you don’t have a programable radio and safety flag. MUST WATCH: NEWBIE VIDEO BRIEFING
  5. Congrats @Carl Stanley ! Welcome to another level filled with fun 😝
  6. Welcome to Carnity ! @IshamFazal 1) Do I need a skid plate front and back? (I believe my car comes with a front skid plate in-built), let's suppose I need one where can I get it done with an affordable price as well as the type and other stuff? bear in mind I don't want to dump all my money hence I would like to go for a reasonable place. I'm still in the air of understanding whether I have it in me to go on off-roading. Initially as beginner (first couple of drives there is no need, but after that yes it's advisable to have a custom front and rear skid plate). 2) Do I need an ABS kill switch? if so the best place to get it done. also, what drive mode do you guys drive in? Should I use the R/D lock mode while driving? No need. On the Pajero you can pull the relay. See below procedure: 3) Do I need an AT cooler with extra fans on it? Not immediately, but some Pajeros run a bit hot without them. Using tiptronic instead of "D" seems to help a lot. There's lots of topics here on the forum about it. 4) Do I need an Extra fan for the Radiator? if so what's the size and the brand and the place to buy them and a decent garage to fix it as well? NO 5) Do I need a compressor? if so, what's a brand of a decent compressor. and where can I buy them? 6) Do I need a lift kit to start? Absolutely not 7) Do I need a recovery rope to start? Not if you start in a club environment as newbie. Once you are Fewbie+ and beyond you should get one.
  7. Welcome @Santosalvia ! See you soon in the sand with us hopefully
  8. Ah yes each compressor has its own supply. I thought you were planning on pulling a single power supply cable.

  10. Have a look at below chart. Considering the distance from your battery to the compressor located in the back of the open bed, you’ll need to go for 8AWG or 6AWG. I think the twin compressor draw close to 50Amps.
  11. Are you coming from Dubai ? Because it’s just across the border and even closer than our Fayah meeting point. I would not sleep in a tent yet, it’s far too hot at night. If you sleep in your car you can perhaps enter the meeting point and go little bit inside.

  14. Yes 👍 @Stumpy did it on his Pajero. But no idea about TPMS, that might require some more advanced controller.
