  1. Comgrats @Vineeth John Josephsee you on our fewbee drives soon!
  2. Thanks @Wrangeld for taking us to another level in our driving experience. What I thought was impossible for me a few months ago, you help me prove possible by taking us through those technical dunes and making it through safely. It was also my first experience to climb at the big red. Those side slopings in the soft sands were really a challenge. Thanks @Brette , @Chaitanya D, @Anish S for sharing your experience in giving clear instructions whenever there are refusals in the convoy. I’m sure everyone enjoyed this morning’s drive. See you all on our next adventure!
  3. Thanks @Gaurav for encouraging me to post this topic. It has really widened my knowledge and I'm thankful for all the wise suggestions that you and our fellow off-roaders have shared. It's really motivating to be a part of this club that allows us all to benefit from unbiased advises and learnings from different experiences. Will take all the replies into consideration once I get the car checked, thanks again!
  4. @Chaitanya agree with this , thanks for your input.
  5. Thanks for sharing your insights on this @Febin Frederic , while the throaty sound makes it enticing I think for now I'll focus more on improving the performance. It's really great to hear opinions from you guys, rather than just from my mechanic. Thanks again!
  6. Really appreciate this @Frederic ! Your suggestions just saved me from spending 1600 dhs this week. I absolutely agree on focusing on my tires instead and working to find the ideal gear and techniques. I do think that the sand also made it more challenging for the jeep. I'll make sure to get my horses checked this week. Again, thanks for the great recommendations!
  7. Guys I need advice ... Do I really need to invest on modifying my Air Intake to gain more horse power in order to avoid refusals in climbing uphill on loose sands? I have a Wrangler JK 2010 model with 202 HP. Thanks for your fruitful advices.
  8. Yesterday's drive was one of the best drives I've had so far. Having made 3 climbs on the playground—me and my daughters really enjoyed it. Big thanks to @Gaurav for your generosity in allowing us to play more and leading us to those side sloping thrills. Your calmness and patience in giving instructions really gave us more confidence in braving the different challenges. It was a pleasure being your second lead. Really looking forward to join in our next fewbie drives!
  9. You well deserve to be promoted to this level. Congrats @Rinelle Sanaani See you soon when you lead some drives in the future.
  10. Congratulations @Ale Vallecchi ! Well deserved promotion indeed. I'm inspired by both your driving and patience to handle challenging situations in the convoy. As most of the leaders in this club that I know, like @Srikumar , @Gaurav, @Rahimdad, @Frederic, @Emmanuel ,and more, you guys have modeled an attitude that inspires and encourages beginners like me. I'm sure there are lots of fellow off roaders out there who I have yet to meet that posses the same attitude. Looking forward to more drives!
