  1. @Alphin Aloor thanks for your query . as far as I know about these kind of tires: on road : not that safe due to the less rubber grip on asphalt. off road : these due to its design the require minimal deflation if not at all , but as long as you are moving they are like magic. Once you stop game over even if you deflate them to the maximum limit they won’t help much in self recovery because of the geometry of the grooves on the rubber won’t catch traction and won’t help to grip and crawl. yesterday I was in pink rock with my son and we came across a LWB y61 driven by local who was stuck and having these balloon tires ( BTW locals they like it and I don’t know why 😄) .. tried to help him by deflation and attempt self recovery didn’t move 1 mm !! Even with the def lock . Eventually I pulled him by rope . ( the car was not that badly stuck on semi flat sand ) In my opinion for what we do every week these are not suitable tires. But could be useful for some one who regularly goes from point A to point B offroad without wanting the extra 2 min deflation !!

  15. Dear Friends First of all i wish every one of you a happy prosperous new year coming full of success and joy. off roading is an art which demands practicing and refining the skills and this in my opnion comes with regular trips , patience, observation, paying attention to the fine contours and details and its never enough and there will be always more to add , correct and learn as the final picture is aint defintive and keeps on changing like the dunes itself!. one of the peculiar and top of this art is driving in technical terrain where speed is not at all the feeder to our hunger but the appropriate momentum and super senstive senses between you and your vehicle in one hand and the local environment on the other hand. In a very less frequently driven area by the offroaders generally is the southern part along the solar power tower area probably due to its relative remotness and supersoft sand as well as the true technicality of this particular spot. So prepare your gear and check it ahead. also check your vehicle readiness please . the last thing we want is to leave a broken car in the middle of no where in the first day of 2023. stay tuned for more. meanwhile wish you good week ahead. 17. Hi @Ale Vallecchi apology dear I need to pull out from the drive on 29 . Next time inshallah 🙏
  18. Dear friends @Brett Eicher @Mike M. @Harshal@Senthil Kumar@Gerrit Bus@Ignacio Quindós @Haitham Khattab Thank you a lot for joining the drive . Afternoon sunset catch up drives at the golden hour is one of my favourite after a long stressful workday..there is no match to this view when after it your senses becomes alert as the dark descends upon us It was of great pleasure meeting new friends and catching up with familiar and old ones . every one was on time and straight away , after briefing , we headed fast toward the falling sun through the first patch of technical dunes . While the sky still gold and blue we translocated to the next more difficult patch across the sabkha just to encounter our first refusal and sideway crest and by the time nice self assisted recovery done it was dark. now the night drive action start riding the longe range in gradual increasing pace but safe . Criss crossing all what came in front of us . The second side way stuck came and I had to return to check it up and it was also cleared quick without the need of the rope. These moments when we get stuck are the moments where we refine the art and stir the team spirit to bring up solutions in at most safe manner . Well done all . taking the last limb of the C route with a tinch of super technical before the sakha leading to the pylon track and then to exit point . I have to say I have enjoyed it to the max especially with my bro in law who equally did and asked for even more 😅. Your wide smiles at the inflation point said it all of how great you drove and how smoothly enjoyed it . I wish every one a prosperous and happy new year with the first day of the new year sunrise . cheers Seidam
