This is not a first but I am running late. I should arrive at about 6:30. Apologies for the delay I stopped the alarm instead of snoozing it .

Mike M has been promoted to Support Team
Looper replied to Gaurav's topic in Off-Road Club's Announcements
Congratulations @Mike M. on your promotion. well done -
Request all members who will participate to install Garmin Tread app on your phone and set up with your credentials. I will share a group drive code at the start of the drive and will request all participants to join the group drive. Garmin Tread App will help us to track all members in the convoy should there be any break in the convoy. Garmin Tread App does not record GPS Track, hence you would still want to use Gaia GPS or your favorite GPS App that you use to record the drive. Please however ensure that you exit the group drive after you have finished the drive - otherwise it will keep sharing your location.

DRIVE DESCRIPTION We have started many times at Badayer and few times drove all the way to Shuwaib. But we tend to be tired by the time we reach Shuwaib and not do much there. This time around we will start at Shuwaib so that we can enjoy what that side of the desert has to offer to us. @Malik 123 welcome to @Carnity. As a newbie driver you are required to start at Newbie Level drive and then progress though levels to drive Intermediate Level drives. I suggest you join a newbie drive in below link. The drive slots are full, so you have to waitlist yourself. The lead might extend the convoy and take you in. PS: I have removed you from this drive as you are not eligible to drive in this level.

Congratulations @Sandeep N on your promotion to Intermediate Level. See you in the higher level soon... -
DRIVE DESCRIPTION Last I drove here in an intermediate convoy was almost a year ago. It was a short Intermediate convoy and was a roller costar ride that day because as it seemed to have a rain the previous night - it was all so easy to drive and climb all dunes. Let's get together this Sunday again on an exciting adrenalin gushing, and thrilling drive around Nahel. This time however due to the weather conditions, it will be super-hot, super soft with lot of push. Emphasize check your car, to make sure you don’t have any overheating or any mechanical issues in your car. It's going to be a challenging drive, hence please be prepared and lets Loop with Looper! Today, on Saturday 12th April when Fewbie drive ended at 10:00 am (sharp) it was 41 degrees already. It is getting too hot these days and therefore we will start the drive on or before 7:00 am tomorrow morning. Briefing will begin at 6:50. Please make sure that you are present to be ready for beefing by 6:45 which means you have deflated your tires and set up your flag etc. I will leave at 7:00 am sharp no exceptions - you will be left back if not ready by 6:50 . Attending the briefing is must. The drive will end at 9:30-ish (I tend to be quite punctual with the end time) thus we should be able to inflate and leave by 10:00 am. This will be the last drive scheduled for 7:00 am this year till towards the year end.
