  1. Congrats @Rob Harper. This means we will see the Tundra more in action.
  2. Thanks @Carnity club and special thanks to @Gaurav. Thanks to @VipinShetty, @Lakshmi Narasimhan, @varunmehndiratta, @kolin, @Mario Cornejo, @Mohamed Seidam, @Lawrence_Chehimi, @MUHAMMAD Kashif RAZZAQ, @Shehab Alawadhi, @Kalahari & @Hisham Masaad for congratulating me. Looking forward to have more fun in the sands in the future. Special thanks to @Frederic who gave me the 1st class into sand driving along with @sertac. I still remember my first day with you both and the instructions given. I have always stuck to importance of momentum and gaining higher ground when approaching a dune lesson which was taught to me and follow it to this day. I stared in horror @sertac when he helped me to reduce the tire pressure to 14 psi and I wished he would just leave my car tires alone. Now I constantly drive at 12 psi once the fear of damaging my tire got vanquished from my mind after a few drives as newbie. How could I forget @Foxtrot Oscar who inducted me into my 1st fewbie plus drive with her. I instantly became a fan of her when I saw the way she handles the car and her total control on her XTERRA. @Rahimdad even though I only drove once or twice with you I always remember your advice on throttle control to keep momentum and not to fly over dunes when crossing. Thank You for that valuable lesson. Everytime I move forward in a drive from the start these 2 words ring in my head. THROTTLE CONTROL. I would love to join you in one of your newbie instructional drives as a help for me to learn more about this phase of desert driving. @Ale Vallecchi no words to describe your efforts in making me a better driver and I just bow down to you in respect. Words are not enough to thank you for your valuable lessons and moreover watching your drive. I have only 1 complaint about you recently. As soon as @Ale Vallecchi commented on the vehicle ECU learning the driver's style and adapting my car started to listen to him. Now even on the highways as soon as I press the accelerator the car thinks I'm attempting to climb a dune and downshifts even when not necessary. Please advice my car to obey you only in the sands. In highways ask him to follow my wishes. @Chaitanya D what shall I say about driving on your leads. Its pure fun. Down to earth marshal. The precision of a hand surgeon is reflecting on your style of lead and drives. I'm happy you have suggested to assist you with newer drivers in your drives. More than happy to do that. I felt bad when you were shoveling my car out when @Wrangeld was taking classes for blip blip, left right crawl out. I'm ready to return the favor you showed me that day. My only request is be gentle with me and teach me as I'm an absolute newbie intermediate. @Wrangeld thanks for all your help in making me a better driver with your timely advices. Anyone ask me which was the best drive I had I would instantly say it was the last drive as your 2nd lead. I could drive so confidently behind you and at the speed I always wished for. It was like a hurricane going wherever it wished. Wow. @Lorenzo Candelpergher, @Tbone, @Vanessa8580, @Jeepie, @Kailas, @sertac I enjoyed the drives with you. Thank you for your feedback and the lovely drives you have given. Once again thank you all. LOOKING FORWARD FOR MORE FUN IN THE SANDS.
  3. Dear @Chaitanya D kindly keep me waitlisted. I know its an intermediate drive but should be available to drive if everything works out well.
  4. No fight. I exited from the fewbie plus drive and joined the night drive now. I waitlisted there with @Luca Palanca Falsini as I'm the 1st one on the waitlist. Don't want to take chances with the night drive. Here I come with you @Wrangeld as you need a special 2nd lead like me.
  5. Its ok. I'm the 1st one in the waitlist. I asked as this a very special drive as its at night.
  6. @Wrangeld I have a drive with @Luca Palanca Falsini on Friday morning. As this is a night drive should we keep waiting to be waitlisted to join or can we RSVP straight away. I don't want to miss the drive with you and Luca too.
  7. congrats @Rob Harper. Well deserved. Its a treat to watch u drive the Tundra.
  8. As I correctly assumed @MUHAMMAD Kashif RAZZAQ was a value addition for the convoy rather than having me. Best of Luck buddy. All of you enjoy with Dr. @Chaitanya D

  10. You are 100% right Dr @Chaitanya D. Please excuse me from today's drive. I don't think I can give 100% concentration as I feel tired. I may need to consult a doctor as my BP levels are dropping to very low levels. Thanks for the advice.
  11. I can swap my place with you if you so wish. I'm tired after yesterday's and today's drive but if you don't want it I will continue.
  12. Thank you Richard @Wrangeld for your kind words of appreciation. The only thing I had to do was follow your Pajero and I think my Xterra was not left far behind even though struggling to keep pace. I'm thankful I could witness your expertise in handling dunes upfront being the 2nd lead and believe me it was a treat to watch. You and @Ale Vallecchi's styles are different. Its like asking if you like the adventures of Indiana Jones or do you like the precision of Sherlock Holmes. Both are really good and both are my heroes. I consider Richard @Wrangeld to be Indiana Jones as the adventure is fast paced and turns out to be unexpected thrill all the way. @Ale Vallecchi is like Sherlock Holmes, very precise and investigates prior to any attempt before making a move but nonetheless daring and adventurous. I dread the time when I have to choose 1 marshal over the other to drive with as both are my favorites. Thank God it was the straw's decision which convoy I'm in today. @Wrangeld I'm really thankful for the valuable, left right, blip blip, 4Low crawl out technique you taught me on a previous drive. I'm successfully using it now a days and I hope you witnessed it in quick self recovery's used yesterday and today. @Yousef Alimadadi I suppose you had a week's gym workout today. I was amazed at the way you were directing the inexperienced drivers to self recover or to pull them out when needed. You have a very cool composed voice over the radio, never panicked at any situations. In fact the drivers who had the refusals or stucks must have felt very confident & reassured getting clear instructions from you. @Watteau even though driving a beast difficult to tame, I wonder how to managed to drive and direct the convoy from the back with a cool composure maintaining sharp focus doing multitasking. For sure the tracks must had been destroyed by all the cars in front of you but still you kept on chugging like the train and announcing that everything is well at the back. Thanks to everyone who joined the convoy and looking forward to play more with all of you soon in the sands.
