  1. @Foxtrot Oscar: I love the view and the play area today. Thanks for leading us on the amazing drive. @Vanessa8580, @Veedooshee: Nice to have you both on the drive as usual. By seeing how you climb the dune, encourage me that I don't really need a beast to climb the dunes. See you later on the next drives !
  2. It was another interesting drive today. Thanks @Brette for leading the team. It was my first time to climb the high dune today. Might need to try another 10 times more next time to get better 😀 @Veedooshee, thanks for the wonderful report and encouraging me to try the high dune. May need to learn more about the Pajero trick from you later. Dr. @M.Seidam, nice to have you watching and sweeping us from the back today. Have a nice weekend to you all. See you again on the next drives
  3. As usual, I managed to get refusal several times. It was a good experience so that I could understand my car better. Special thanks to @Vanessa8580 for the Pajero trick. I didn't know before that manual gear, especially gear-1 was very useful for climbing. Nice to catch up again with @TT_Dubai and @Gaurav Soni. And nice to meet you @Zixuan Huang, @Paolo Pellegrini, @Anoop Nair, @Talgat Mendibaev, @Luc Khaldoun, @Shaaz Sha, @Ivan Pironi. Hope to see you all again on the other drives
  4. It was a wonderful experience today. I got several reversal and stuck. Learned a lot of recovery techniques. The challenge for me was to keep my distance with a car in the front of me, especially when the convoi stopped. Many times I realised that I stopped at a wrong place and wrong position. Other issue was when @Sunil Mathewslowed down, I sometimes lost momentum and wasn't able to pick up. Thanks for the lead, @Gaurav. See you on the next drive
  5. @Wrangeld, there were several moments when I was so nervous to see the dunes and thought that I took a trip that was too advance for me. But in the end, I finally realized that if I didn't take this trip, I would not learn as much as I had yesterday. Thank you very much for your patience of guiding and helping me during the drive. Also Special thanks to @Watteau and @Gaurav Soni for assisting me on the recoveries. I learned a lot from both of you. Last but not least, I would like to thank all the team for your patience to keep waiting for me when I managed to get my car stuck many times. What a wonderful experience !
  6. It was a wonderful drive today. @Chaitanya D was leading the trip perfectly. With @Gaurav as co-leader and @jeepie as sweeper, the trip was becoming so wonderful. Thank you very much !
  7. @Chaitanya D: As per the covid protocol, it seems that I need to have a radio to join this trip. However, I'm not sure I don't have a radio yet. Any recommendation where I can buy the compatible radio?
  8. Thanks @Chaitanya D, - My car : Pajero - 7 Seater - 3.8 - Just learning by doing, never took any course - Yes, I have both recovery points
