  1. @mikaeel shaik I have found few suppliers in china that offers spring spacer, you can text my WhatsApp 0528402096 Rear Diff lock I did research that only it exists on the full options GCC RX8, if yours are one of them, you should find the button near 4wd system control nob
  2. @Damien Ranjit Make sure you replace with GCC original radiator or the aftermarket one with the same/larger thickness, I believe it's 32mm or 36. I had slight overheating issue with the thinner one. I have been using 10mm aluminum skid plate, so far so good, with no obvious dmg yet. And it's my confidence to drive aggressively But perhaps You should consider lifting the car a bit. R51 ground clearance is horrible. I spent 500 AED got a full set of suspension spacer on eBay. The lift is obviously helping, and not affecting onroad driving experience, but there is a slight imbalance of tire consumption, as you are not changing arms to match the lifted suspension length
  3. Voice control gate?? 🤣🤣Can someone record the part that saying it and door opens l??🙏
  4. Have been to Faya twice with Fred and was wondering that a higher level drive in Faya must be exhilarating, and it was indeed! Thank you @Lorenzo Candelpergher for making a mid week morning drive, and bring us to the Faya dunes. This drive definitely pushed me a lot beyond my limits and made me a better driver. Surely I still need to work on the climbings, I have failed 2 major climbs today. A lot of my 2nd LD experience was: Charlie you need to keep more space (Fewbie & Newbie). And I think it will never apply to Lorenzo's drive. Half of my view was the grey jeep being so far away and the other half was only the tracks left behind. If I hadn't accidentally taken a large cup of coffee, the grey jeep would have escaped from me before sunrise Thank you all for joining today's drive and I believe that we have done well, everyone of us had tremendous fun and adrenaline rush. @PaoloMaraziti @Ashok chaturvedi @JeromeFJ @Pacific @Ranjan Das @GauravSoni Till next time!
  5. Congrats @Sunil Mathew ! time to sit back and enjoy newbie drives?
  6. Hi Angela, I have removed myself from this drive, dont see my car getting fixed before end of Tuesday. See you next time.
  7. Now I understand why Raptors are usually at the second half of the convoy. there is no better sand churner than a Raptor (especially the grey ones). The trenches left by 2 Raptors front of me were deep enough to burry my little Pathfinder... Once again, congrats @Lorenzo Candelpergher for your promotion, this is my first time driving with you. Even tho it may be a newbie drive, but definitely one of the most wonderful drive I have had in the area. Look forward to more drives with you! And thank you @Wrangeld @Alex Raptorand @darren thompson for the flawless support. Till next time.
  8. Congrats @Islam Soliman you absolutely deserve this promotion, and I'm really happy for you! You know how much I love your drives ☺️
  9. Wow, @mikaeel shaik you have done something I want to do but I haven't done, taking a Chinese 4x4 to desert. I can have a look of the options for you in China if you want, you need to show me the fron the rear suspensions, because Chinese manufacturers tend to sell something differernt to overseas market. for example supplying BJ40 with CVT and BJ40 is a proper 4x4 in China even with 2 differential locks. BTW does your RX8 have the rear lock? its standard for China market
  10. I have been using pedal commander for quite long time, it's very useful to control upshift and downshift by pedal only, and it brings rev up before a huge climb quickly. I have driven almost all Toyota cars available in the region, Toyota's pedal setting is really gentle, you really have to tame it by more aggressive daily driving, and understand the tricks to up and down shift. Few sequoia and LC 5.7 owner friends of mine are happier with their cars after using the pedal commander, without it their big 5.7's acceleration feel more or less like the v6 at streets. @PaoloMaraziti you can give a try, some vendors they let you try before purchase, and FJ's model should be the same to Prado/LC which are common in UAE
  11. Congrats @Mohamad Anwer! surely you will enjoy more in fewbie drives with your very capable ride
  12. @M.Seidam I believe there is a option to save the video as 3 mins per clip, I am using 70M A400 model. I no longer have the availability on Friday morning, hopefully there will be more Saturday morning trips. After watching your videos and hearing @PaoloMaraziti's first time AD experience, I must make my way to AD one day!
