  1. This was a fun fast paced drive , only 1 stuck from me, thanks @Krishna Rfor the assist. Despite the intermingle of another convoy and getting lost with @Benjamin this is now my favourite drive. I’ve been rewatching the videos, will post when I get a chance. next time I do that climb near the end I’ll be more careful on the early part of the climb, hadn’t realised my rear end jumped as much as it did. Great dunes, comms and banter from all.
  2. Updating this topic with some recent experience, the Jeep Wrangler @Benjamin drives in addition blowing it seals had started to develop a steering wheel vibration and wobble in the last few weeks, specifically from around 80-100 Kmh. my wallet was getting worried but thankfully a check on the tire balancing lead to two of them needing to be rebalanced. And once it was hooked up to the alignment machine there was an obvious toe out angle on the front. a relatively quick adjustment and it was back on the road driving smooth and no vibrations at all. so if you start noticing a wobble / vibration in the steering get the tyre balance and alignment checked first.
  3. @Mark B very weird , I pay monthly too and this has not happened. Tried clearing all history , cookies, etc signing out and in.
  4. @Mark B does your sub expire around 7pm ? Wonder if that could be changed. I haven’t had this issue in the past but have had refresh page issues that made a difference between being on /off the drive, now I’m at the stage when I can be available at 7pm Monday to watch the clock to the second and open a fresh page from the WhatsApp link to sign up.
  5. 😀 exceptional @Benjamin , congratulations 🎉 I will miss your shovelling arms and recovering me from crest situations. but seriously great work.
  6. Love this , what a great post and wonderful to celebrate all those that make this community special . Well done @Benjamin
  7. Awesome shot thanks @Gertjan
  8. @Zed I meant to say seeing your Cherokee climb gave me some remorse for my Hemi equipped Durango I sold, would have loved to make that work off-roading but it would have been way too much in mods. I’m curious, how are is your tow point you had to do do some pretty impressive pulling to get the Patrol out.
  9. Not every drive goes as planned but every drive that ends safely is a success. I think we can safely say winter is over and there is no moisture is left in the sand. Time to relearn how to drive on soft sand again and leave more space between myself and @Patrick van der Loo Airing down the 11 psi , with the heat and speed my tires were quickly back up to 13 in the first part of the drive which caused me some issues. Deflated down to 10 and I was on my way. What I didn’t know is that I was going to spectacular demonstrate how to crest a long wheel base Jeep Gladiator first first, rising up from a ditch that I had attempted to avoid based on @Frederic comms. Then secondly another crest while going up a relatively minor dune. in both cases it was great to hear @Krishna R comms on the radio. AND I was immensely proud to have my son @Benjamin tug me out from the front and back, despite the extra weight of the Jeep Gladiator, driver! And passenger. Nice work. Indeed I will be living this down for a long time to come 🤣 all my future drives I think I will need @Benjaminas my personal recovery personal. see you next time… @Frederic I hope you make it to ghost town at some point, a full moon midnight guy drive would up the spook level.
