    Awesome video @Giacomo 👏👏👏

As an FYI, the meeting spot is not the usual place, but at the far end of the Transport Inspection Station. @Frederic will be hosting a NB drive which is meeting at the usual location, so make sure you wave and beep the horn at everyone as you go past 😎

Everyone arrived early, and after a quick look at the new fencing, we decided to make a dash through and go hunting for the dunes. The opening section had plenty of vegetation to work around, but we still managed to pick out some nice high lines and keep the convoy moving. The further we pushed in, the cleaner the terrain became, and before long the dunes really opened up — flow after flow after flow. With a small convoy, we could move quickly and keep the lines loose. There were some big sidies in the dark, with the V8s roaring across the dunes and plenty of momentum being carried from one section to the next. We eventually finished up at the double bowl, where we pulled some seriously big lines. The sand there was unbelievably soft, and even the V8s were starting to struggle for traction. From there, it was engines off, coffee out, and a bit of stargazing to finish the night. Small convoy. Fast movement. Loose lines. Loved it! @Sebastian Nohse @Giacomo looking forward to seeing any pics or videos you might have captured... see you on the next drive!

Looks like we have the correct winch to car ratio for this drive tomorrow night. 😎 Fingers crossed going for the big bowls and climbs they wont be needed though 😁 @Sebastian Nohse @Giacomo

yup @Infaz. absolutely solid convoy. its gonna be fast and non-stop 😎
  7. Great install! Love the outlet location Additionally I had some under current issues with mine on startup. ARB in Aus recommended that I connect all four wheels to my four-way hose before turning it on and haven't had an issue since.

SUMMARY No technical zones. No complicated route. Just 2.5 hours of pure dune play through the south of Al Fayah. We’ll be moving at a strong, flowing pace, hunting down as many ridge lines, big and small, as we can find. The goal is simple: climb them, ride them, cross them, and keep moving. We’ll deliberately skip the tighter technical areas and focus on open terrain, smooth lines, momentum and maximum time up on the ridges. No distance target. No waypoint target. Just: More ridges. More flow. More fun. DRIVE DETAILS Level: Intermediate and above Meeting time: 06:30 (SHARP - Without any exceptions) Meeting Point: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Hzq1ktSWxxUEnTpa7 Co-Ords: 24.377738, 54.983707 Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance. Only join if you have a compressor to inflate your tires after the drive. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE This drive is limited to 6 cars only. RSVP will close on Saturday - 12:00. If the RSVP is full, you can add your name to the waitlist, once someone drops, you will be moved to the RSVP list. RSVP will close a day prior to preparing a convoy list. Coffee Club: Nahel Nights Starting from Sweihan, we’ll point the convoy east and go hunting for the best terrain we can find on the way toward Nahel. Expect a mix of bowls, long ridgelines, power climbs and high switches, with plenty of opportunities to work the cars through bigger terrain while keeping the drive smooth and flowing. Somewhere along the way, we’ll find ourselves a suitably high dune, park up at the top and take a proper Coffee Club break with a view across the surrounding desert. After coffee, we’ll continue east and work our way toward the exit at Nahel Pumping Station. Big dunes, good views, and coffee in the middle of nowhere. Hard to complain. Camp chair is mandatory. No chair, no latte. 😎 And because it’s a school night… You’ll be home before midnight — assuming you live in Abu Dhabi. 🌙 MUST READ AND COMPLY Environmental Policy Offroad Flag Guideline Two Way Radio Guideline Off road Driving Etiquette's Emergency details for all off-roaders Off Road Driving - Roles & Responsibilities DRIVE DETAILS Level: Fewbie Plus and above Meeting time: 20:00 (SHARP - Without any exceptions) Meeting Point: https://maps.app.goo.gl/5pm8C349tJn5MnfT7 Co-ords: 24.382126, 55.390770 Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance. Drive Summary We kicked off at 20:00 with a short warm-up loop while @Noufal made his way over after trusting one of Google’s more imaginative “roads” and running a little late. The warm-up quickly delivered a couple of really nice ridge climbs, and from the top we spotted some promising terrain further out in the distance. Promising, as it turned out, meant deep, soft sand. Lots of it. And plenty of vegetation thrown in for good measure. Refusals were kept to a minimum until I managed to get crested, as usual, on an otherwise beautiful ridge line while trying to cross back to the right. “Got scared, got stuck.” A nice shovelling session followed by a little finessing with the winch by @Giacomo has us all moving again fairly quickly. From there we found some smooth, flowing bowls and had a relaxed cruise around before the most important part of the evening began: Coffee Club. Both caf and decaf (thanks @Piotr.) were on offer, followed by a good chat in the sand. A fun, easygoing night with some nice terrain, a little exploration, one predictable stuck, and plenty of coffee. Here is a nice pic from @ChrisW of me wondering how it all went so wrong. again 😂.

Coffee Club: Al Fayah South A moonless night, a fresh stretch of Al Fayah South, and absolutely no guarantee that the route ahead will make any sense. We’ll be heading into darker, less predictable terrain where vegetation, wildlife and dead ends are all part of the experience. Expect a bit of scouting, a bit of rerouting, and probably a few moments where the only sensible plan is to see what happens next. The lack of moonlight should make this one feel properly dark, but as the saying goes: You can’t be scared of what you can’t see. We’ll keep the pace relaxed, enjoy the exploration, and finish with the most important part of any Coffee Club drive: iced coffee lattes, camp chairs and some good conversation under the desert sky. Camp chair is mandatory. No chair, no latte. 😎 And because it’s a school night… You’ll be home before midnight — assuming you live in Abu Dhabi. 🌙 MUST READ AND COMPLY Environmental Policy Offroad Flag Guideline Two Way Radio Guideline Off road Driving Etiquette's Emergency details for all off-roaders Off Road Driving - Roles & Responsibilities DRIVE DETAILS Level: Fewbie Plus and above Meeting time: 20:00 (SHARP - Without any exceptions) Meeting Point: https://goo.gl/maps/tb3SsK7izt9KKJnV9?g_st=aw Co-ords: 24.2551944, 55.0405556 Type of Car: Any proper 4x4 with front and back tow hooks and 8-10 inches of ground clearance. We rolled out at 06:30 with a strong convoy of 10 very capable drivers and a very simple briefing: "Find huge lines. Ride them nonstop for 2 hours 30 minutes." And that’s exactly what we did. We spent the morning balancing along ridges, crossing back and forth between dune lines, and carrying plenty of speed through the larger terrain. As the dunes opened up, we leaned into the bigger lines and pulled some serious G’s across the bowls and slopes. Good pace, strong driving, and exactly the kind of flow we came for. 😎 Mission complete. @ChrisW @Diego @Zsolt @_Herman_ @Ahmed Farouk @Abdullah A. @Beide Worku @Looper @Krinesh
