What a great drive last night. Thanks @M.Seidam for organising and leading us through the dunes. We had a number of people who were doing their first fewbies and or night drive... But from looking at how the convoy moved you wouldn't know at all. We started easing into it with some small pristine dunes..doing some criss cross ridge crossing and straight up and overs. As the convoy gained confidence we headed towards love lake and picked up the speed! The lines we took were flowing and really allowed us to keep the momentum and movement as a convoy during the dark night. Great team effort! After a short break here we moved across to another lake where @M.Seidam provided a a great array of sandwiches and dates and drinks for suhor! We all sat around and chatted while enjoying these snacks. Thanks again it was a lovely picnic. It was starting to get late so we headed to the exit and ended drive. Really strong drive from everyone... Hope to see you all in the sand again soon. (Only first half of drive recorded whoops! Hopefully @ChrisW can provide some more complete drive stats!)

Thanks everyone for a fun Saturday morning, especially @JeromeFJ for leading us around! I really enjoyed the big dunes at the start.. great to see everyone hammering over them on such a clear day with great sunrise. After a break we moved into the technical dunes where I got quite stuck on a tiny dune. thanks for the rescue @Lukas Lewisand @Jeandre Bezuidenhout The rolling dunes at the end were a lovely calming way to end the drive and get ready for the rest of saturday! See you all in the sand again soon!
