DRIVE DESCRIPTION We’ll be starting in Salamat, Al Ain, working our way through a fast-paced, high line desert terrain, before heading north towards one of the UAE’s most recognisable playgrounds: The Old Lady dune. This drive will be paced at IM level, with a focus on maintaining momentum, clean convoy flow, and confident decision-making at pace. Expect a mix of ridge riding, long climbs, bowl loops, multiple quick switches, and fast open sections. This is not a sightseeing cruise — it’s a fast, focused, and engaging Intermediate drive for drivers who are comfortable keeping pace, reading terrain ahead, and managing their car confidently in soft sand and in high temperatures. I recommend to not bring passengers unless they are used to very high fast pace driving. DRIVE DESCRIPTION Need a quick mid-week night drive? Happy to drive out to Al Fayah? Interested in having a nice sit down tea/coffee before inflating and heading home? If you answered yes to these questions, have I got the drive for you! We will be doing a short blast (2.5 hours max) around Al Fayah on Wednesday night. Once we all arrive we will have a look at the map, and chart out our route through the dunes, the hit the sand for some fun flowing night riding! We will stop the convoy towards the end of the drive, and make some coffee and tea whilst looking at the sky and chatting (30 minute break). Don't forget your chair, and something to drink!
