  1. this is going to be great fun. I'll start charging all my cameras now 🤩
  2. Just saw this Qatar vid. The tilt shift filming of driving on the dunes looks amazing.. just like little RC cars zipping around anyone got any ideas on how to pull off this kind of videography/capture?
  3. Taking inspiration from @Stumpy Paj I decided to go ahead with installing onboard air via arb single compressor. I decided to mount inside the space where the spare wheel goes, and run the air outlet to the side where I have a hard mount for the insta360 camera. Very simple job once you have drilled the mounting holes in the wheel mount. Terminated to ground on the factory point inside the rear space, and extended hot power to battery with inline switch at battery. Extended the pressure sensor and isolation switch up into the auxbeam gangpanel controller recommended by @Frederic. Super happy with the result. Here are some pics.
  4. Thanks for the great drive today @Simon D and @Davie Chase Fun 50km with some great side sloping opportunities! See you all sometime soon in the sand
  5. oh no im out of the country! Looper Can you do it again in January for me and @Jaro Tuzinsky ?
  6. this combo on my bushranger air max 3 compressor doesnt do the job... get some back pressure in the hose and get a small burst of air... then not enough airflow to move sand off my dashboard. Really need tank option (even the arb single compressor with tank should do the job)
  7. Lovely to drive with you all today on this holiday! Started off with spotting a heap of camels training on the race course... with another train of camels about 15 minutes into the desert from al lisali. Heading south west we came up on Solar Innovation park and about 500m of tarmac where we had our first break and let the pajero cool down a bit! From there we headed south until coming up on the Miltary Shooting range, tracking around the fence line until coming into ghantoot area where we spotted the running gazelles and oryx., A few more gazelles spotted whilst searching for mini oasis and palm trees around ghantoot. I have us at 90km in 4:39. I'll try drop some photos into the gallery tonight. Thanks to @Ale Vallecchi for taking us on a great tour, and to the support guys at the rear helping out. See you all in the sand next time!
