  1. Well, what an excellent adventure. 2hrs 40 of Smooth riding following by a few hours playing in the sand 1-200m from the exit. Lesson learned, never go near that giant solar tower as it is bad luck 🤣 Thanks to everyone for the patience and help digging, winching, snatching. All in all great fun 🙏🙏 Special thanks @Fredericand @Davie Chase for leading us (out!). @Ben Leeand @Emanuelthanks for offering and taking my friend as a passenger for second half. The official count for animals was 8 gazelle and 'like a million' camels. 🐪 Hope to see you all again in the sand soon. 😎👍
  2. missed opportunity for pajeros in 2nd lead and 2nd last next time see u all tomorrow

  5. @Loopersorry. Work has called me in for weekend far from the gulf . Can't make anything now 😭😭😭😭 Apologies for ultra late reply
  6. been tempted to bring out the camera and capture some decent pics. phone-cam is nice but cant really enjoy it blown up enough. def would be keen for a drive with a focus on camera skills and composing shots in the desert

  9. ive had one myself, and helped fix up a couple now. (none since switching to A/T tyres.. guessing i was running way too low psi .. whoops) the board is literally just a decently sized piece of wood to increase surface area under the jack there is some ABS plastic boards on amazon for jacking and mounting RV trailers etc on.. but seems like all the popouts ive encountered the support crew bring out decent cutting boards... ikea maybe?... actually just nice flat piece of wood.
  10. was quite a good price though even though its heavy duty. now that ive removed my rear seats in the trusty pajero i think the extra couple of kg weight of the heavy duty jack should be fine.
