    Also when going from 4low to 4h it will reengage tc

    As far as I know this how it works: Single press, partial TC off (off icon on) To fully switch it off you need to keep the button pressed for 7 seconds. The bottom icon is only for when the tc is actuating due to loss of traction, it will flash briefly.
