    @davie c smooth operator Big congratulations on your promotion to Marshal – you totally deserve it! I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the way you teach and guide everyone. You make every drive so interesting and fun. Honestly, it’s always a blast driving under your lead! Here’s to more great drives and more milestones ahead. Cheers!

    Thank you so much, @Simon D for the amazing drive. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, and as always, it had all the elements that make off-roading so exciting. We really had a great time! I also want to express my appreciation for involving us in assessing refusals and stuck/recovery situations, and for challenging us to think through recovery options on the spot. It’s a fantastic learning experience, and we’re grateful for the hands-on teaching. It feels like you’re preparing us for future support staff and I’m really eager to keep participating in recoveries, both for myself and for co-drivers. Thanks again, and I’m looking forward to the next one!
