Car lost momentum, and i suspect the driver thought he could power through - it also seems he was only in 2wd. but when he was loosing momentum he was fighting gravity too. -

You can do it in Lightroom yes, but a little more manual and cumbersome - easier to crop them all in LR with the same aspect ratio, then import all as layers into PS. PS has an Auto Align feature that makes it easy.
