    Tony Edwards is one of the best service center for BMW after AGMC. They have qualified professional and neat and clean workshop with good respect for customer money and time.

    Just drove one of my old friend 2001 525i and i loved the real BMW feel unlike new plastic feel. Want to buy one, clean one now but want to buy the most latest one. Any idea until what last year this E39 came in...? Any pitfall, or known issue for specific model advise would be kind enough. Cheers.

    best and cheapest dont go hand in hand i went to AAA and they are cheaper from the dealers and have done superb job on my car AC.

    If you know what you are doing, itsnt very dificult couple of hr job. But if its first time then i suggest stand with mechanic and learn first.

    Take it to VIP german garage in Rashidiya, they are very good and not bomb expensive. For changing expensive part you can buy part from shj bm road in half the price and get it change from VIP German garage. This way you will save lot of bucks and hopefully get things working in less than 2k - 3k.

    All cars have electronically controlled top speed which becomes invalid to gear and hp ration while on top speed. Don't delay head gasket, its a serious job and concern or else you have to change whole engine.

    Check the brake pads and brake drums and see if any have reduced in size noticeably. See if brake warning light in dash is appearing? that means brake pad is finishing.

    A screwdriver can be used to remove the screws. Pull it off after the screw is off.

    i have heard Engine Oil looking whitish but not coolant. Never heard of it.

    It all depends on which engine oil you choose. Fully synthetic lasts longer than semi synthetic or mineral oil. If i am not wrong fully synthetic lasts for 15000 kms, Synthetic lasts for 10000 kms and mineral oil last for 5000 km.

    Castrol is quite good and recommended engine oil for bimmers. Second best is mobil 1.

    Its an amazing car 750 old model. Built and design so strong that its still clicking kms after 19 years. Keep it man.

    I second to Jeff here. Wheel change is very important and good for your safety. But wheel change is only cosmetic issue unless present wheels are bent or broken.

    Apart from 4 leveling sensor there is another sensor for sensing the driver door close and adjust the car for last time for added driver weight. If this sensor is bad then car keeps on leveling all the time especially when u wait on red light without holding ur brakes, you can feel the dance. Ask BMW dealer AGMC or any where you are getting your work, to check that sensor. I cant recall its exact name, im sorry. Secondly if that sensor is fine, then you should doubt at valve body leak, pretty easy to fix (mechanic job) with few rubber O rings to seal it properly. Its near compressor. If valve body is leaking then bladder air is getting reverse to valve body and leaking from there. And when level reduce then sensor tell it to rise. Viscous circle.
