Wow! Looks like a solid lineup! 5 Trucks signed up already!! Plus a Pajero & FJ 💪

I completely understand @Piotr., I have no doubt in both of your skills. Seeing the level and strength of the convoy, I'm now removing the condition and adding the waitlist to the convoy so everyone can join the drive. See you all on Saturday!

Hi @Sam Selim I respect your decision about amount of drives and there is no doubt about it. However, we could measure not only amount of drives but offroad skills in some way. For example, we can collect skills after drives ect. Just an example. @Sebastian Nohse has lots of experience and he drives on probably intermediate level or above. On my example, I am going to miss your FB+ Saturday drive because I am missing 1FB+ drive. However, I can and will join AD4x4 Club on Intermediate level drive at Saturday morning also in Sweihan. It there anyway to transfer experience or skills? Regards, Piotr

Hi @Sebastian Nohse, Unfortunately I have to remove you from this drive as you don't have enough FB+ drives. I look forward to seeing you again soon!
  7. until

Ok, thanks for the reply. I will join next time.

Hi @Piotr., Nice to hear from you! I would happily have you on my convoy but this condition is in place for a reason so unfortunately it's a no for this drive. I look forward to seeing you on the sand next time!

Great Drive @Sam Selim, you picked amazing lines, calm and nice flowing convoy, not an easy task at dusk and then into the early evening, you made us all enjoy the drive and cool sunset . @Noufal great seeing you again ( love the new jeep 👍)@Myrko @Carl Stanley great meeting you for the first time, and @_Herman_ thanks for being a great sweep. See you all soon thx seb
  12. Great install! Love the outlet location Additionally I had some under current issues with mine on startup. ARB in Aus recommended that I connect all four wheels to my four-way hose before turning it on and haven't had an issue since.
  13. How nowdays engine bays are packed - you made a huge job! Very well done!

Some mostly raw clips from the drive (might have to hit the gear icon and select higher quality to view it properly)

@Sam Selim it was absolute fun driving in ur lead. I am sure there are many more to come. @Sebastian Nohse@Myrko @Carl Stanley @herman it was nice catching up. Every one drove well.
  16. Thanks all - and @Asif Hussain a special thanks to you for the Leader’s Lead training. It was extremely valuable and set us up well to approach leading for the first time.
  17. That’s is an incredibly clean installation @Myrko - great work and thanks for sharing!

It was an absolute pleasure driving and enjoying amazing sunset views with you all (ladies and gentlemen)! Top class second lead @Sebastian Nohse, you set a great example on this particular role with how confident, experienced and calm you are! @Noufal, @Carl Stanley & @Myrko this drive wouldn't have been as enjoyable without you guys, you gave me the confidence to push more and go higher knowing we have experienced off-roaders. Special thanks to @_Herman_ for looking out for all of us and keeping us together from the start to finish!
  19. Fitted mine in the Defender's engine bay. A bit hot, and as @ChrisW said, she is a bit fussy, so I have to remember to open the hood when using the compressor a bit longer. And probably more importantly, as I found out last night,: DON'T FORGET TO TAKE MY PHONE FROM THE CONVENIENT PLACE ON TOP OF THE RADIATOR, BEFORE CLOSING THE HOOD!!! I chose to install the little manifold and the Bluetooth controller with it, to make things easier avoid additional switches in the cabin. You can then set programmable pressure options and it regulates it all by itself, though I fail to see the point in reducing pressure via the controller. The compressor's controller is connected via the Garmin Powerswitch for the same convenience: accessible on the phone and carplay! Again, ensure you put the phone back in your pocket after use, see note above... The air outlet I led through the side of the car, opposite of the engine air intake, which has no function with my engine, (for people blessed with a bigger wallet: it does with the Octa). Great for access and the normal ARB hose is long enough to get to all tires from that point. Key takeaways are: make sure you still have sufficient airflow/cooling otherwise it will just stop working in best case until reset, or cease in worst. Ensure you fuse your power supply, for some reason the first fuse blew only after it fried one of the motors in the compressor. Luckily ARB gave me a new one after they did some checking!
