Thank you, Mr. Frederic.

My car is a white Nissan Patrol Y61, 2019 model.

I have all the required equipment in my car; the only thing I don’t have is a safety flag.

I also have previous off-road experience at an intermediate level.

Hi Frederic and everyone, looking forward to joining you!

Ford Bronco Raptor, 2025. I confirm front and rear recovery points and all required equipment (radio, safety flag, tyre pressure gauge and deflator). My onboard inflator/compressor is still being installed, so for now I’ll simply reinflate at a petrol station after the drive.

I have 15+ years of off-road experience outside the dunes, including UTVs, rock crawling, mud driving and expedition travel. Looking forward to gaining more experience in the dunes with you!

Thanks @Amr mostafa! Please ensure you bring an offroad flag from your second ride onwards as it’s a safety requirement. If you didn’t manage to get one for tomorrow that is acceptable for your first drive with us.

see you in the morning

Thank you all for signing up to this drive. Some pointers for tomorrow:

1. Meeting time is 06.30 but please try to arrive by 06.15AM so you have time to deflate and set up your flag.

2. If you have highway terrain tires (HT), you can deflate to 14psi, otherwise with All Terrain (AT) tires you can go to 12psi.

3. Walkie talkie channel will be Channel 10: 446.231Mhz. If you do not have obtained a radio yet we can lend you one for this drive.

4. If you did not have watched our Newbie briefing video, please do so. It will be your best introduction to offroading with us.

5. Please ensure fuel tank is full. Battery charge also full :)

See you all in the morning!

Thank you all for joining this morning!  We had a pretty good run with hardly any stucks. The handful of small refusals were also easily dealt with thanks to the help of @Ishakand @Sam Selim!

Fantastic second lead duties as well by @Sandeep Padhi!

Towards the end of the drive the cv axle of the front wheel of @Cova decided it had enough of all this nonsense, so we had take the last part a bit more cautious but Coda managed the two wheel drive experience with a big smile :)
