Unlocking steering without key

I have an interesting question. Can we unlock the steering wheel without putting in the key? If yes, then how?

Actually there is one ignition switch under the steering that actually locks the steering. First pull your power steering off. You will see the wiper assembly inside and turn signal that hols the ignition switch. Just take that thing out. Once you take the ignition switch out, your steering is loosenow and will not get locked. Install the steering back and thats it! the lock is gone.
