Was i cheated or was i not?

THis Avalache when i bought got its alternator and spark plugs changed the same day ( the owner showed the bills to me ) and he charged me extra for it .

My car ran good for 3 months now it take 4 to 7 attempts in the morning to start.

Do i call up this guy and blast him for it or it can be something else.
