Why is 1 of the 4 wheels jammed in F150 Ford?

One of the four wheels is jammed for some strange reason.

i tried to tow the car as well and all the wheels moved except one.

What should i do.

Check the brake pads and brake rotors, something must be terribly wrong there.

If not then you should doubt the differential is exploded and its pinion is blocked with some metal part from inside. Change whole diff assembly. Big expense.
