Morning Fewbie Plus Desert Drive - Sweihan Speed vs Momentum & Control - Abu Dhabi - 22 Aug 2026

DRIVE DESCRIPTION

This drive is all about understanding the difference between Speed and Momentum and learning why more speed isn't always the answer. We will work on carrying the right momentum through the terrain, maintaining smooth and controlled inputs and choosing the right line rather than simply relying on the accelerator.

Throughout the drive, we will look at when a little extra speed is useful, when maintaining momentum is more important and when slowing things down actually gives you greater control.

The aim is a smooth, flowing convoy, using good line selection, controlled throttle and well-timed momentum to tackle this terrain efficiently.
