Need Help with modification of my accord 95

i was wondering if someone could guide me about the best garage in uae for honda, Im willing to modify my accord and need a h22a engine plus someone who can install it for me and do all the modifications i need to my car like rims, suspension, etc etc

any idea about a specific garage where i could just give them my car and leave it to them for doing everything thats needed. basically i need them to open up each and every part of my car and re assemble it properly along with the modification and replacing all those parts that need to be replaced or the ones that are damaged, its basically a reconditioning of this car.

actually this car is what you can say the love of my life cause its my first ever car of my life which i bought with my salary and without the help of my parents or anyone so you can have an idea what this car means to me.
