table or solution used for windscreen washer

there is a special tablet or solution used for windscreen

i am usually traveling long distance in this car and i cant find car wash guys all the time nor the usual solution used for windscreen will do.

please help

Keep a fairy dish washing liquid small bottle and put 5 drops on every refill of whole water in washer fluid canister. You will get sparkling cleaning in fraction of cost. Dont over do it.
