Cherokee Engine stopped working on incline & decline roads

When on incline and decline the engine just stops working. this is a major concern and want to know why is this happening?

i Live in fuj so if u are advising to go to a mechanic pls. tell me where to go as i am new here

It seems like head gasket issue, which is a serious and big job. I am not familiar with fujeirah mechanic area but i know in Ajman good mechanics are there opposite GMC hospital as soon as you enter Ajman from shj side.

It happend to one of my bodies and the problem was in the fuel system. And poropably the injection.
