Is american spec Jeep good for Dubai Weather?

I have lived in this country for 27 yrs and i am driving for 20. i have bought always GCC specs as not only are they more reliable but really good built and make to withstand the summers here. that is the only reason.

jeeps are the best cars for the desert but worst for this weather.

IF the car is soft top then yea not good for the heat but other then those cars jeep is good in summers too.
