how can i smooth out the paint of the car?

the paint of my liberty feels rough when i touch it is not smooth anymore. i dont know what caused it so i dont know how to smooth the unevenness.

if you use good quality rubbing compound and rub off all the unevenes followed buy paint protector solution this will make the feel your car smooth.

and if you get the car washed professionally using right fluid to clean the car this will reduce the sediments settling on the car.
