What is solution 4 coolant not reaching Hyundai radiator ?

the coolant is not reaching the radiator form the coolant bottle in my 2002 Sonata and i have changed radiator pressure cap and cap of bottle of coolant but still the situation remains the same. what should be my next step?

it is very important to do a cooling system pressure test which will locate any small leaks or there are no overheating problems, and no loss of coolant, all is well.

Change the pressure cap and thermostat make sure that the cooling fans are working as well.
