ac and heater on at the same time

my car is getting heated on the bottom when the AC is on

i have googled this issue but i am not able to get an answer on how is this happening if the AC is on on top its getting hotter in the bottom.

Get to AC mechanic and ask him to check the lower vent while lying on the floor if its working. More than sure it wont be working thats why on auto or leg/face setting you feel hot in leg area.
