screeching sound when car is moving

1996 BMW 318ti has a continuous screeching sound when the car is moving what could be causing this.

i have checked the drive belt which is in good condition. what could it be then

Check all brake pads, if its not touching the brake drum?

Check all tires backside isnt rubbing against some plastic, heat shield, fender etc.

Check AC fan belt, as its quite common and put some wd40 in belt if it stops the it means belt is running dry and its better to change before it snaps.
