Could anyone confirm if KIA provides a free break-in service and what do they do during the break-in service?

I am not sure 100% but every car company provide free break-in service. So as kia too. It may also depends on the package on which you purchase the car.

In free break-in service they will change the engine oil and oil flter ( A MUST), and visual inspection to see if everything is in place and not broken or leaking any fluid.

Check with dealer and dont delay your break in service. As recently shaved micro mini metal particle of engine is important to be flushed out asap. So if they dont do it then get the normal oil change service outside with OEM filter. Its important for engine LONG LIFE.
