Service centres Dubai

Hi all,

I have just located to Dubai from Abu Dhabi and my Sportage is in need of a service, please could any one recommend a good independent garage or comment if KIA service centre is anygood.A garage close to the Green Community would be most preferential.

Drive down to alquoz, behind Mall of Emirates and you will have many different garage that can help you.

No comments on Kia service center in Dubai, as i have stopped going there since few years.

how about Sharjah, are there any proper private and qualifyed (for Sportage) garages who recommended themself as reliable? i bought 2006 model v6 recently and would like to know is there anything (engine oil, tansmission oil, filters etc) to be changed. In short, i would to find cheaper but qualitative service/maintenance/mechanic garages other then KIA dealers'.

I am evaluating purchase of a brand new 2012 Kia Optima or sportage from Al Majid in Dubai. I wanted to factor in the maintenance costs.

Would be interested in knowing about the experience of others specifically.

a. Is the official KIA service experience good (Professional care without exorbitant cost) at Al Majid group.

b. What are the major out of warranty costs that you have encountered.
