exhaust is making a lot of noise

there is some kind of noise that i can hear but cant explain from the exhaust.

dose it need a change or cleaning how do i decide???

If the noise is like frr frr from down the car and increases while you give gas then exhaust or exhaust pipes have hole which is leaking the exhaust gases and making this noise. Some time it also sound bit whistling with it. That hole / holes can be welded by exhaust repair guys in 20 dhs.

If something is clanking or rattling inside exhaust then some of the glass fiber filter is broken inside the exhaust and you need to change the exhaust mufler (dibba). Original must be around 500 dhs or less and labour another 50 dhs.
