how do i bypass the Anti theft

the anti theft system went off and is not going off even after removing the fuse it still would not stop and drained the battery.

how can i undo this or more specifically bypass the anti theft?

Try with some relay if you can find out. If not you gotto cut the wire and disconnect it. It under driver side under the steering wheel.

Find it and destroy it.
